The elastic bands on the other side makes it stretchable allowing easy wearing on thick coats. The vest is tested and certified under regularions EN 1150:1999. It also adheres to the PPE guidelines on application of Regulation (EU) 2016/425 Personal Protective Equipment Category II. Polyester.
